There was a time in my life where I believed the problem was me.

I thought I needed to be stronger.

More confident.

More disciplined.

I thought if I just learned the right scripts, I would finally be able to say no.

What The Soft “No” Is

A 7-day somatic practice series designed to gently strengthen your internal boundaries.

Inside, you’ll receive seven guided video practices, each 10–15 minutes long, that help you reconnect with your body and practise listening again.

These are not workouts.

They are nervous system conversations.

Each practice invites you to slow down and notice:

Where you brace.
Where you override yourself.
Where your body is asking for space.

And then we begin softening those places together.

The Practice

Somatic Yoga is an intuitive, body-led movement practice that brings you back into relationship with your own inner knowing.

Instead of performing poses, we use traditional shapes as entry points — not destinations — so you can explore what feels true, supportive, and alive in your body.

“Somatic” comes from the Greek sōma, meaning the living body.

Not a body to be managed or perfected.

A sensing, feeling, intelligent being.

Through slow, curious movement and nervous-system-aware sequencing, you reconnect with sensation, express what the body has been holding, and unwind patterns that no longer serve you.

Less about stretching.

More about remembering.
