THE GUEST ROOM · FREE

Come in

The first door into the house. Four practices, no cost, nothing to keep up with.

Most wellness spaces hand you a free thing and then spend a month telling you why you need the paid one. This is not that. The Guest Room is simply the room you step into first a real experience of the work, given fully, so your body can decide whether this is a house it wants to stay in.

Leave your email and I'll open the door. Everything is waiting on the other side of it.

WHAT'S WAITING

Four ways to exhale

Four practices, at four lengths, for four different kinds of day. You don't have to do them in order and you don't have to do all of them. Some days you'll have forty-five minutes and the wish to properly arrive. Most days you'll have two. Both are here.

A 45-minute somatic class, the full practice. When you have the time and the wish to properly land in your body, this is the one to give yourself.

An evening ritual, ten minutes to put the day down before you sleep, so your body isn't still carrying Tuesday on Wednesday morning.

A ten-minute reset, for the middle of a day that has started to brace. Long enough to change something, short enough to actually do.

A two-minute practice, for when two minutes is genuinely all there is. Kept deliberately small, because a practice you'll actually reach for beats a perfect one you won't.

Leave your email, and come in

The moment you do, the door opens you'll be taken straight to the room, and it'll be sitting in your inbox too, so you can always find your way back.

One email to let you in, and the occasional soft note from the house. No noise, and you can leave any time. If the welcome doesn't arrive, look in your spam, the gentlest things get filtered out first.
