There was a season in my life where everything looked fine from the outside.

I was responsible.

Capable.

Reliable.

But inside?

I was exhausted.

Because I was living in subtle survival.

Constantly aware of everyone else’s needs.

Constantly adjusting myself to keep the peace.

And what I didn’t realise at the time was this:

I didn’t need more advice.

I needed a space where my body could slow down.

Where someone wasn’t trying to fix me.

Where someone could sit with me while my nervous system recalibrated.

That’s what this work became.

This Is Not Casual Coaching

Boundaries in the Body is a private somatic coaching experience.

We meet four times for 60-minute sessions.

Just you and me.

A quiet, regulated space where we work directly with the patterns your nervous system has been carrying.
